I also seem to get more splat points.
I don t mind starting on the floor for 3g but in 2g i prefer to start on the treads.
I wish this location was a little bigger.
In addition stairs have far greater movement than floors by their very nature so using a many pieced flooring tread as oppose to a single piece stair tread creates numerous issues.

My form was better on the floor and i could use heavier weights.
I have a low resting hr and i m generally a low sp earner average 6 per.
I like to start on the rower first.
But for the last 2 classes i started on the floor and think i got a much better workout.

Today i started on floor and felt like a lazy bum on the tread.
Only two restrooms showers unlike other locations i ve seen who have four.
But if i do choose i pick rower because a few more people will choose to start on the tread so the fewer of us on the rowers will get a ton of personal space for the floor exercises and i love me some personal space.
You spend roughly 25 30 minutes on the treadmill and 25 30 minutes on the weight floor rowing machines.
My heart rate gets up and stays up better during floor exercises and on the other hand if i start on the floor and there are lots of leg exercises i feel like i can t move my legs to run.
Sometimes we re all together and i don t get a choice.
You go through 2 3 rounds of different exercises and reps and then the group that was on the treadmill switches to the weight floor and the weight floor switches to the treadmill and the whole cycle starts over for the 1 hour long class.
