All our open steel flooring is available cut to size. Flooring stair treads open steel flooring. Bag and labelled in 100no for convenience assembled or to suit your requirements unassembled. The fixing assembly consists of a universal bottom clip type 5 m8 hex nut bolt and a top clip.

Used to fix down open steel flooring our new universal range is suitable for 30 and 41 pitch and comes standard with a 70mm slotted bolt and hexagon nut. The top clip is interchangeable and should be selected to suit each particular open mesh flooring. Grating fixing clips for open mesh steel flooring supplied in full bags or sold separately. It provides a quick and cost effective method of clamping.

With our open steel flooring available in self colour and galvanised we have the stock you need large or small ready for immediate dispatch. Our technical staff are available to discuss your project or applications with you. Treated lumber is used for the floor and is separated by a thin neoprene sheet to protect the weathering or galvanized steel from interaction with the preservative treatment s chemicals. Other bolts sizes are available on request.

All panels are manufactured from mild steel to bs en 100025 1 s275 jr. Flooring clips fd600. We can also supply the saddle clips bottom plates bolts or nuts individually. Frictional fixing clips are the most common method for fixing open mesh steel flooring.

It is hot dip galvanized and comes as standard with a top bracket to suit 30 to 41mm ctrs grating bars. Bridging clamps or joining clips used for jointing two panels together to improve rigidity. Floorclips are used for fixing down open steel flooring and provide an easy quick and cost effective method of fixing. The standard size of these planks is 6m x 1m but these can be fabricated to specific requirements.

Supplied in mild steel with galvanised finish or stainless steel. Bridge will supply the timber nails and attachment clips for the project. The floor can remain exposed or be topped with asphalt paving courses. It is hot dip galvanized and come standard with a top bracket to suit 1 3 16 1 5 8 center grating bar.

The grating clip is the most common style of clip used for clamping down open steel flooring.
